I recently came across this concept of imagining that what you are doing, it’s the last time you do it, even when it’s probably not. The idea is to do this a few times a day, no matter what you’re doing.
I’m intrigued by what this has done with me already, for the short period that I have experimented with it.
“You always know when you’re doing something for the first time, and you almost never know when you’re doing something for the last time.” Said William Irving, the father of this idea.
