We don’t all get to choose employers and/or customers. Of course, at a certain point we just go with what’s available, because we have a need.
Over the last 10 years of employment and as a business owner I’ve seen people come and go, and people have seen me come and go.
Only to just today realize that I’ve picked up so much along the way. Tools, habits, mindset, and what more.
I don’t want to make a point to doubt a little longer when you’re choosing employers, customers or employees.
What I do argue for, is that you choose wisely.
In the end, the culture you’re in is what shapes you in your way forward, or what breaks down what you have built up.
