When I think of a consistent voice, I find it very difficult to come up with great examples at first. Besides the obvious.
Steve Jobs.
Tony Hsieh.
Oprah Winfrey.
Johan Cruyff.
Having a voice equals standing for something.
Having a voice and consistently evolve your identity around is the easy part.
The hard part, the one we rarely speak about, is finding your voice.
Because it’s so hard. And there’s no clear path. There’s no Blue pill.
But for Steve, Barack, Oprah it seems so easy.
And let’s not forget that they had years of trial and error and then suddenly it’s there. Irreversible. Because you see.
And then, all there is, is consistently showing up and surrendering the outcome. Because then you will be free to get wherever you want to be.
