Gmail just reminded me of something that surprised.
It said “are you sure you don’t forget something? Since you said ‘see attachment’ and you didn’t add an attachment, we thought we’d ask”
It’s such an easy tweak for a developer to build in this.
But it’s Gmail. I could only imagine how many attachments were saved by this small feature. And how many productive hours were won here.
Just a gentle reminder of small things that may have enormous impacts. We can make an impact too, today, by initiating something small.
Sending a message to an old friend for example, with no intention but saying hi.
