Breaking the news

It’s easy to get attention when you have ‘news’. Clickbait. Actualities.

Do you know why? Because people are drawn to new information. And if you (pretend like you) have that, people will listen. Fact.

But isn’t it so much more valuable to earn attention with something anyone might come up with instead of news media, because it’s not news.

An idea. A plan. An accomplishment. Something remarkable.

Isn’t that something to strive for, rather than actualities?
