The small thing is remembered

Today I was at a spa but due to a maximum people restriction as last person I was bounced from going into an Aufguss (Ritual).

It’s this small detail of a couple of hours stay, that I will remember from this visit.

That one bite on a restaurant with sand in it.

One tiny sentence your partner said in the conversation this weekend.

The place we could drop the baby while shopping, and where the lady that watches the kids was very sweet.

Good hospitality owners know what the tiny details are that customers will tell other people about, and try to influence them.

Great hospitality owners will create new details that people will appreciate and then talk about.
