Focus on what can be controlled

Over the last course of time I’ve found a new ‘rest’ in my life.

Regarding personal life (with a kid, one coming up and everything in my household).

Regarding business life (corona, customers, finances, personnel, etc).

What I’ve found very helpful and didn’t get to name it properly until today when I read about it is focusing on what can be controlled.

I do this all the time, when I rapidly weigh my options and make decisions.

However, before I didn’t manage to name what I was doing. But this is what it is.

It’s not just being rational, objective, decisive, positive. It’s also a sheer focus on what can be controlled, ignoring the rest.
