Doing something daily means showing up daily to do what is necessary to complete the task you’ve set.
Most easy to accomplish this is setting a daily routine.
The thing is, when the ‘routine’ falls apart for whatever reason, (it may be corona, as it was for me this time) it’s a broken chain.
A broken chain of daily isn’t daily.
So there’s failure. You’ve set the task to do it daily but you failed to do it daily.
So why do it daily, still? Since you’ve failed to do so, and now it’s not ‘every day’ anymore.
Is the task still important enough to set daily?
If so: start over. Daily.
Make it minimum viable. And plan it into your day.
Don’t look in the rearview mirror.
Act now, it’s not too late to create a new chain. It never is.
