Your responsibility to save yourself and others from Corona

You now have one responsibility: As a non risk group person, make sure you don’t need to take an IC bed that’s meant for the weak.

Stay healthy.

How?

Don’t go to see others. The Washington Post has created visual simulations that are a must see to understand this deeply.

Eat normal: don’t over eat sugar, fats, carbs. Your system needs energy to fight off stuff, don’t use it solely for processing food. Eat your vegetables and vitamins.

Sleep! Your body recovers only sleeping. So make 8 hours at minimum.

Don’t go out! It’s not only coughing and sneezing… The air you breathe is contagious, already 2 days before you have any symptoms.

Be safe. Keep others safe.
