Imagine a good friend having a hard time. You walk up to her and put an arm around her. You comfort her. It’s okay. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Give yourself a bit of slack.
What about when the good friend is not that friend, but it’s you yourself.
We often give ourselves a hard time, projections, thoughts.
But this is just an old habit.
Free up your thoughts and give yourself the slack. Just as with your friend.
