A moment of truth: ’the decisive point in the progress of a disease’.
A turning point: ‘vitally important or decisive state of things, point at which change must come, for better or worse’.
Crisis. It’s when we would say, the situation is untenable.
Did you make scenario’s, for the point at which change must come?
What does it look like financially? Emotionally?
2007-09: The banking / debt crisis.
2019: In Australia, forest fires.
2020: The current Syrian civil war is an ongoing crisis.
1962: The Cuba missile crisis.
2001: 9/11.
2020: World hunger still affects 821.000.000 people every day.
2020: Corona.
If you look at the past, one thing is for sure: Time is ticking quietly.
If you look back at the past, you could be scared of what might happen: a negative projection of the past at the future.
If you look back at the past, you could be happy: a positive projection of the past at the future.
If you look back at the past, you could be realistic: a projection at the future., free of judgement Think about positive and negative scenario’s.
You never know if a crisis strikes.
You never know when a crisis strikes.
But when it will, it will do so fiercely.
If you don’t have a crisis plan, it’s time to make one.
