Draw a circle.
In the pie chart that appears, you create one piece that defines the percentage of hours in a week that you do stuff you want.
The rest of the circle defines stuff that you simply need to do.
If you’re not sure, make a sheet with all the hours (except sleep) in the day and fill in the hours with only the word want or need.
For most people need-work is for example going to work every day. You might want it, but you have no choice but going. Otherwise you can’t pay for your house and stuff. Only if you wouldn’t do anything else with that time, it’s want-work. And I think I know at max 3 people that ‘go to work’ as want-work.
My question for you is: how can you grow a percent every week, to work towards want-work, from your current need-work.
If you’re currently at zero, you will be able to go to 100% by doing this, within two years.
So what are you going to do?
