When I get stressed.
I speed up: speaking, having less patience and I want to move faster physically.
I lose oversight.
I tend to jump in instead of zooming out.
It would help me to find a different routine.
Zoom out.
Declutter stuff.
Get back to my WHY and if necessary my WHY per task.
In the end stress is always caused by perception.
And that’s something in our power to change.
