The list

Task lists are not as useful as you might think.

It’s not the list itself. It’s the process around it.

A task list provides you with the false certainty that if you do all stuff on the list, you win.

The thing is. Chances are that currently more than half of the hours in your (awake) week, you’re busy doing things that aren’t on the list.

It’s not optimizing the list, it’s minimizing the time you spend doing stuff that’s not on the list.
