Some people dodge responsibility and fail in claiming ownership.
It might be an effective strategy. Saying you weren’t responsible.
Could work great for your personal career, if you can do that very well. You didn’t do anything wrong.
You fix what you are responsible for, and don’t care about what the output of the team is.
You fixed your part.
We know that.
It’s harder to step up and lead.
But it’s certainly the better choice.
