Most consultants tell what most companies already know that is not good enough.
But they didn’t listen.
Some customers complain about something that you never want to be, nor become. Or about products you don’t sell. Or it may be a customer you are not destined to serve. That’s fine. It’s not for them.
But take a closer look – investigate – at customers that complain about your product, when you are destined to serve them. When it’s about your core product. When it’s about your mission.
Don’t wait until you need consultants to tell you what your customers already did.
