The effort impact paradox

Tour de France cyclists are awarded for reaching a certain point the first time.

They are awarded even more when they are so consistent that they reach that point most often in 3 weeks, of a whole peloton of 200 cyclists.

No tour de France cyclist was ever awarded for training hours.

And so it is in business.

No one gets awarded for effort.

You get awarded for impact.

Hard work could pay.

Smart work often pays.

Smart hard work is a magic combination to create impact.
