In our garden is a garden door to the outside, right next to the shed.
When, in the morning, I brought the kids to school by bicycle, I park the bicycle in the garden (not in the shed) so that it’s easier to take the bike in the afternoon.
Today I noticed that I always turn the bike 180 degrees after I drove into the garden. So that the next person can easily take the bike and leave.
The next person, which is never me and always my wife, doesn’t have to turn the bike 180 degrees before leaving.
Of course, for her, it’s not the end of the world if she has to turn around the bike. But neither is it really convenient.
It only costs me 10 seconds maximum to turn the bike 180 degrees, but it makes all the difference.
I bet we all have these situations at home, with our friends and family, or with our customers, or suppliers.
We just need to care enough to make a difference.
