What’s the gain? Is a relevant question when you consider an upgrade.
When your basis need is satisfied, upgrades become more incremental every time.
Buying a business class ticket on a short flight isn’t necessary.
Or a robot vacuum cleaner.
When you upgrade, try to upgrade smart. We’re very emotional animals on our upgrades, and so we rather buy a robot vacuum cleaner we use for 2 hours a week than a new mattress we use for 60 hours a week.
It’s interesting to consider upgrades. And are you playing the emotional or rational game?
Either is fine, it’s just worthwhile to be aware.
