Demonstrations remind me that there was a time we didn’t have the masses at our fingertips to communicate our beliefs to.
That communication was linear instead of exponential.
That if we wanted to change the status quo, one of the very realistic ways to do that was standing up to the leadership.
Leadership was always a choice, but today it’s easier than ever to act, level up and scale up your thoughts, beliefs and lead a tribe.
Don’t go out and demonstrate.
Lead a tribe instead.
Create the change you want to see.
Find the others.
Change what’s within your sphere of influence and level up from there.
