Big organizations systems

We (almost) all have the dream to work for the big names.

And/or we admire people who do.

Big organizations that have purpose as an employee branding thing.

And the why that people do it for, fades in the shining light of targets that keep systems in place.

Loads of sales. New customer targets. Customer service savings.

And that’s why big organizations become too big to fail until they fall.

Why do we admire the organizations where people know the least about what the customer wants, unless that’s a target?

Why do we respect big names at resumés, whilst the organizations are nothing but a money making system too big to fail?

What we could admire instead is value.

The urge to create value to someone else sits deep within. It’s not to be found on any resumé. But you can sense it when you come across it.

It’s the focus on team effort, progress instead of goals and personal connection. Lifting other people up instead of yourself. Growing others unconditionally.

What value can I add to you tomorrow?
