Domains in life II

Since I’ve written on domains two weeks ago, I more actively start thinking accordingly. Actually it’s in my mind every day. As if there are domains in life, and I need to master them. Find the key to mastery, but what is that? What I find is that it’s not making the actual change. It’s something else.

The domains in life-post to me created new perspective on the ‘bigger picture’. As if it’s the largest picture you can have and see. I see the world map as it ‘is’.

I think the key to high performance, to mastering the domain balance, is a long road of trying and finding. Learning. So the first thing you need to create space for is your trial and error process so you can learn deeply: how do you implement new routines? Is your current process working? And how do you learn from stuff that isn’t working? Only when you have the learning process in place, it’s time to optimize stuff.

To start off with the learning process you need to be open for change, honest to yourself and devote time and energy to it. What’s holding you back?
