Missing the boat

We’re Marie Kondo’ing the attic at the moment, and doing this provides me with quite some learnings coming out of left field.

When I was watching back old photo’s from a 10 year old (ancient) MicroSD-card (1GB haha), I discovered a photo with a book I’ve read in 2010.

YouTube and video marketing.

Wow, with the knowledge I have now in 2020, I would have DEFINITELY spent more time to finding a way to build business around YouTube.

However I don’t have a Back To The Future-car. And there’s always boats you miss.

In your life, boats are leaving all the time.

Your life is defined by the boats you jump on and the boats you don’t.

What I believe we can do to jump on better boats, is think again before we jump on one.

The jump is easily made, getting off one that goes nowhere is often the hard part.
