When I meditate for a minute on a day instead of none, you could call that minimum viable.
You could also call that a shortcut to maintain a streak.
Both are true. Whatever floats my boat.
The difference between minimum viable and shortcuts is in my opinion the intention.
A shortcut is following the decision to do something fast now instead of good now and later. (And later it may turn out that fast now was good, but often it’s not)
Minimum viable is the act following the decision to do something instead of don’t doing something. An act of bravery, purpose and accountability.
Nothing wrong with either. Choose your pick.
