Don’t linger in adversity

Today I have had to said goodbye to a customer.

A disappointed customer with a good fit with our company, that we failed to service in the way that made us kept them.

I have done my best last 2 weeks to get our team to service the customer and dared greatly, but we failed. I failed.

Everyone comes across bad days. And even worse ones.

And when I look at the potential consequences of this event now, I could linger in the setback. Hating what went wrong, continuously thinking what I could’ve done better.

Instead I invested in a $300 online course to boost my knowledge on something that I wanted to buy for 2 weeks already.

I discovered that fresh energy is one of the greatest ways to overcome setbacks.

Check reality, and then move on to become a better version of yourself today. Every day.
