Last weekend I have been picking apples with the family.
There’s an apple farm close by, and we went there.
When we were done and going to pay, I noticed that the apples were cheaper than at the supermarket.
Since this is all unsprayed and therefore more expensive to create, I thought the apples would be far more expensive.
€2 per kilo of fresh hand picked apples was way cheaper than I expected, comparing it to fresh fruits in the supermarket.
I think there’s a lesson about value perception somewhere in here.
