And acts accordingly.
It’s not the Facebook algorithm.
It’s not that one hangry customer that gave you a 1* review.
It’s not the bad weather.
It’s not your low budget for shooting a quality video.
It’s not your shortage of time.
It’s not the supplier, that provided you with the wrong goods.
It’s you. You are responsible.
Your first act should be to embrace that.
That is what most businesses fail at. And I didn’t say it was easy.
And if you truly embrace it, the next action should be to act upon it.
