To go fast, you should go alone. Carry the least of baggage required. Fast means decision making that is not always fun, but rapid progress.
Communication is baggage. Empathy is baggage. Generosity is baggage. Help is baggage. Don’t carry it if you want to go fast.
Do you want far?
To go far, you should go together. Carry someone else’s baggage from time to time and let them carry yours.
It’s the individual that goes fast, it’s the team that goes far. Now it’s up to you to decide what you want.
